Privacy

This explains what Wakefield Off Road Centre Ltd does with your details when you use this website.

What we collect

  • This website doesn't store your details on a server. When you fill in a form or checkout, the site puts your message together and passes it to your own email or WhatsApp app. We only receive it when you press send.
  • That message can include your name, email, phone number, address or postcode and what you want to buy.

How we use it

  • We use your details to answer you, take your order, arrange payment, and collect or deliver your machine.
  • We share what's needed with the companies that help us do that, such as our pallet carrier and payment provider. We don't sell your details.
  • We keep order records for as long as the law requires, and enquiries only for as long as they're useful.

Your rights

  • You can ask us for a copy of your details, or ask us to correct or delete them, by emailing wakefieldoffroad@icloud.com.
  • If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
