Terms of sale

These terms apply when you buy from Wakefield Off Road Centre Ltd. Please read them before you order.

Who we are

  • Wakefield Off Road Centre Ltd, registered in England and Wales, company number 16942008. Registered office: 199 Church Road, Normanton, England, WF6 2QR.

Off-road use only

  • All our machines are for off-road use on private land, with the landowner's permission. They are not road legal and must not be ridden on roads, pavements, parks or other public land.
  • Young riders should always be supervised by an adult and wear a helmet and protective kit. Check the max load and pick a machine that suits the rider.
  • You're responsible for how and where a machine is used after you've bought it.

Ordering and paying

  • Sending us an order isn't a confirmed sale. We check stock, confirm any delivery cost and send you a secure payment link. The sale is confirmed once you've paid and we've told you so.
  • Prices are in pounds sterling. Delivery is charged separately where it applies, and we always confirm the cost before you pay.

Boxed and fully assembled

  • Boxed machines come in their carton and you finish the assembly. Follow the instructions supplied and have the machine checked over before it's ridden.
  • Fully assembled machines cost £50 more. As our returns policy explains, assembled items can't be returned for a change of mind.

Delivery and collection

  • You can collect from us or have your order delivered on a pallet. We'll agree the details with you when we confirm your order.
  • Check the pallet for damage when it arrives and tell us straight away if anything looks wrong.

Your rights

  • Goods must be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose. Nothing in these terms affects your legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
